Answer: Impasta
There are plenty of other noodles besides spaghetti, both from Italy and around the world. Historians argue whether spaghetti originated from ancient Mediterranean wheat and egg noodles or the shape was more directly influenced by Marco Polo's travels to China. Either way, we'd argue that spaghetti is the most iconic noodle in the western world. All others are impostors (impastas).

An impostor is someone who pretends to be another person. What better way would there be to pretend to be an iconic pasta than with an equally iconic disguise? Groucho Marx glasses are an old novelty disguise meant to resemble the famous movie and vaudeville actor.
